Captain America Civil War just came out on DVD and blue-ray and the new season of Agents of Shield starts up soon. It's a great time to be a Marvel fan. It was also the perfect time to make something Captain America.
I saw a video on how to do this with lucky charms. When I saw the Captain America cereal I knew I had to make this cake for the blog. This is another really sweet treat which seems to be a trend on this blog.
What You Will Need
1.5-2 cups of cereal
1.5 cup of white chocolate chips (a 12 ounce bag)
0.5 ounces of butter
A flat pan
2.25-3.25 cups of marshmallows
2.5-3.5 cups of cereal
1.5 ounces of butter
Lay out your parchment paper and melt your white chocolates. Combine the butter and chocolate into a bowl or pan depending on your method. You can microwave it in 30 second increments or you can use the double broiler method if you don't have a microwave. This chocolate hardens really quickly so make sure everything is ready before you melt it.
Pour the chocolate on the parchment paper and spread it out. Pour the 1 1/2-2 cups of cereal on this and pat into the chocolate. Put on your flat pan and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Combine your marshmallows and the 1.5 ounces of butter and heat up the marshmallows to make them puff up.
Pour in the cereal with the marshmallows. Stir them together until they are well combined.
Spray your pan with nonstick spray. Pour in the marshmallow and cereal mixture and pat it it down to fill the bottom of the pan.
Add a couple of scoops of ice cream on top of that. Then spread out the scoops of ice cream.
Take your bark out of the freezer and break it up. Now add the pieces of the bark to the top. Put it in the freezer unit you're ready to serve it.

Are you guys Team Cap or Team Iron Man? I'm really curious.
